These documents are binding when this page is expressly referenced in your signed agreement or a related amendment, whether you are in relationship with Mangopay S.A. or Mangopay UK Ltd. 

Please note that these documents may be updated from time to time. When applicable, you will be notified in accordance with the terms of your agreement.
