Mangopay is a payment infrastructure provider for platforms and marketplaces handling multi-party payments. As a licensed Electronic Money Institution (EMI), we enable businesses to accept payments, hold, split, collect, and convert funds via our wallets. We are not a consumer product. We do not offer personal wallets, consumer IBANs, bill payments, or retail financial services.

Within 5 business days after the start of the month, Mangopay will generate an invoice. If the cumulative fees collected by the platform is sufficient to cover the invoice amount, we will initiate a collection of funds automatically. In the event that the collected fees are insufficient, the outstanding balance will be debited from your account via direct debit later in the month.

At the start of each month, we will transfer the total revenue from the previous month after deducting Mangopay's fees. The transfer will occur between your platform's fees e-wallet and your designated bank account.

The invoice is sent to the billing contact no later than the 5th business day after the previous billing period. The fees will be sent the day after the receipt of the invoice via email.
